The 1st Annual McDonald's Big Bass Splash on Kissimmee Chain of Lakes (Lake Toho) with a Total Guarantee Payout of $75,000 took place October 20 & 21st.  Weigh ins were held at the Kissimmee Lakefront Park both Saturday and Sunday beginning at 7am and went until 3pm. A total of 192 bass were weighed in during the 2 day event totally 511.13-lbs. All bass were released back into the waters alive.

Ron Bowlds of Haines City, FL - took top honors at the 1st Annual McDonald's Big Bass Splash with his 7.07-lbs bass as pictured above. Ron weighed his  bass during the noon to 1pm hour on Sunday and landed him First Place - a fully rigged Triton TR176 bass boat powered by 115 Mercury, equipped with MinnKota Trolling Motor, Lowrance electronics and Navionics in addition to  $500 for the largest bass of the hour and $250 for having the Official Bonus T-Shirt. His Total Winnings $25,250.
